It
seems as if country music will be ruling the charts (Billboard 200) once again this
year. With major country queens, such as Shania Twain, Taylor Swift, and Faith
Hill releasing new albums this year, will there be enough time for other
plastic pop divas to collect their wigs at the dry cleaners?
Another
country diva, Carrie Underwood, is making sure that she manages to stand out in
the crowd, releasing a tempting single cover for her new single, “Good Girl”,
which will hit radio February 23, 2012.
“Good
Girl” was written by Underwood, Ashley Gorley, and the man behind Kelly
Clarkson’s flawless song “Let Me Down”, Chris Stefano. Her main producer Mark
Bright helmed production duties on the song, which I’m sure is bound to slay.
